TIP Maintenance, Inc. began in business over 25 years ago as a department of Turken Industrial Properties, performing general maintenance on 1.5 million square feet of industrial property owned by the Turkens. In 1992, Meyer and Kathy Turken incorporated TIP Maintenance, Inc. as a separate company. Today over 75% of the work done by TIP Maintenance is for unrelated third party commercial, retail and industrial developers, owners and property manager.
