Kathleen Turken is the Vice President of Turken Industrial Properties, a full service real estate development and management company. She is also President of TIP Maintenance, a commercial building maintenance services company.

A native Phoenician, Kathleen joined Turken in 1986. Prior to that she was involved in mixed-use real estate development and residential brokerage, as well as radio and television spot sales.

Kathleen has volunteered with Valley Big Sisters, Sunsounds, Temple Beth Israel, Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix, and has been a Junior Achievement classroom teacher since 1995. She presently is a director of the board of Junior Achievement.

Kathleen holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Arizona, Tucson.
